By downloading, installing, or using RiddleRush ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Description of Service
RiddleRush is a riddle game app that lets you:
- Play solo or with friends in game groups
- Create groups and invite players by username
- Join groups with a code
- Compete to solve riddles within a time limit
- Receive daily riddles and push notifications for your turn
- Optionally purchase "Reveal Answer" to see the solution during a round
The App uses Sign in with Apple for authentication and Firebase for data storage and push notifications.
3. Account
You must create an account using Sign in with Apple to use the App. You choose a unique username that other players can use to find and invite you. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not harass, abuse, or harm other players
- Not attempt to circumvent security, cheat, or exploit the service
- Not use offensive or inappropriate usernames
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. In-App Purchases
The "Reveal Answer" feature is a consumable in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies. We do not offer refunds directly.
6. Intellectual Property
RiddleRush, including its riddles, design, and code, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review the terms periodically.
